Descriptions:
Symmetry I is a striking photographic work that explores balance, connection, and quiet tension through a carefully composed scene. Printed on C-Type photographic paper, the image presents two pale horses meeting at the center of a dark, atmospheric space.
Their mirrored forms create a moment of stillness where individuality gives way to shared presence. Soft, directional light reveals subtle texture and form while the surrounding darkness heightens the emotional gravity of the encounter.
Available in two sizes, this limited edition work invites collectors to reflect on harmony, duality, and the unspoken bond between living forms. The composition feels timeless and contemplative, offering a powerful yet restrained statement suited for refined interiors.

About The Artwork
expand_more
This striking equestrian image of 'Symmetry l' captured by Lindsay Robertson is from his phenomenal Equine Series. This incredible image is an original photograph which was captured within his custom made studio set.w
Keeping a fresh approach to projects and commissions that inspire is the key to any artists work. The challenge I set myself was to capture the stature and majesty of these amazing animals. To provide the opportunity for each individual horse to project it's dominance, and display it's character and spirit within a solitary space.
The studio space provides the ideal stage to isolate the horse from it's usual environment. That element of isolation creates the power for a commanding portrait, singular statuesque images of the horse. Images where the scale of the surroundings are sympathetic to the animals size and presence; compelling the viewer into the captivating aura, energy and beauty which these glorious animals possess and transmit.
Each Fine Art Hand Made Print is a signed original chromogenic photographic print (traditional C-type print - not inkjet). The signature is placed bottom right within the white border.
Included is a certificate of authenticity.
