Descriptions:
Escaping The Prison Of The Flesh is a striking archival pigment print on matte fine art paper that explores the tension between form and freedom. Fluid, layered shapes surge across the composition, suggesting movement beyond physical limits and the quiet force of transformation. The surface feels both luminous and restrained, balancing softness with intensity as color and motion unfold in a controlled rhythm.
Offered in limited editions and available in two carefully considered sizes, this work invites collectors into a contemplative space where energy, release, and inner awareness converge. It is a compelling piece that rewards close viewing and brings emotional depth to contemporary collections.

washes are turned into rivers, it feels like a kind of redemption. I never begin with a preconceived notion and don’t use artificial intelligence programs.

About the artist

Photography is not my principal aim but it is my primary tool.
I collect color, texture and design in my viewfinder from subjects that are often ordinary. Mental labels associated with the objects are discarded to form a digital painting that becomes its own subject. As Monet said, “To see we must forget the name of the thing we are looking at.”
I hope to uncover what is beautiful, intriguing, contemplative and singular behind the mundane. Because true art springs always from its history, I never lose sight of the masters who sought to forge new frames of reference.
