ABOUT THE ARTIST

Artist Tati Campelo applying heavy textures and oil paint to a canvas. Her creative process focuses on organic forms, mineral tones, and the freedom of experimental abstract techniques.

Tati Campelo is a Brazilian self-taught abstract artist based in Cambridge/UK.

Her artistic journey began as a hobby, quickly evolving into an obsession.

With a focus on oil painting, Tati strongly believes in the freedom to experiment, she explores a diverse range of techniques, allowing colours, organic forms and textures to harmonize and create unique pieces

Inspired by nature and her travel adventures, Tati specialize in abstract art with a hint on landscape and seascape themes. Using oil paint and mixed media, to craft heavily textured pieces that reflect a deep connection to the world around her.

‘’I have found solace in art as a means to reduce stress and disconnect from the daily grind and demands. Painting allows me to immerse myself in a world where worries fade away, and I can fully engage in the creative process. For me, art is about freedom - the freedom to create, to follow my intuition, and to explore beyond the confines of the corporate world’’
